7 CARA EFEKTIF MERANCANG

Untuk berjaya, perlu merancang dengan efektif.  Tips perkongsian ini adalah apa yang saya praktikkan dari dahulu lagi dan ia berkesan untuk sesiapa sahaja yang cenderung untuk mengubah hidup.

Ada 7 cara untuk merancang:

1# Jangan Bergantung pada orang lain
Anda tidak perlukan kebenaran orang lain bagi mencapai impian. Percaya pada diri sendiri dan beri peluang kepada diri anda untuk berjaya. Dapatkan sokongan daripada orang yang rapat dengan anda. Orang itu mestilah positif.
Mereka akan menjadi pendorong anda untuk bergerak. Jika anda ada idea, kehendak dan kemahuan, anda tidak perlukan persetujuan orang lain. Jangan tunggu kerana ini membuang masa anda.

2# Jangan tunggu sampai sempurna
Menunggu sehingga segala-galanya sempurna akan membuatkan anda hilang semangat, perhatian dan minat untuk menunaikan impian. Anda tak mungkin ada segala-galanya macam wang, masa dan pengetahuan untuk capai impian.
Ambik risiko, belajar dan tingkatkan diri secara bertahap. Kalau nak tunggu sampai sempurna maksudnya bila dah banyak duit, bila dah tahu semua maksudnya anda memang nak buang masa.

3# Ciptakan Masa
Ramai orang ada impian, sasaran dan kehendak. Tapi sasaran tak dapat disempurnakan. Mungkin kerana kesibukan rutin hingga tidak ada masa untuk sempurnakan impian. Masa dan tenaga perlu diperuntukkan untuk capai impian.

4# Tetapkan hati
Setiap usaha yang dilakukan dengan hati yang ikhlas pasti membuahkan hasil. Kalau buat dalam keadaan hati yang berat, lama kelamaan boleh jadi pekerjaan itu sekerat jalan atau tidak berhasil langsung. Buat ikut minat sahaja, tak minat cari benda lain.

5# Ambil Inisiatif
Berusaha dan bertindak secara proaktif dan bersistem. Kalau anda kongsi idea dengan orang lain dan tunggu orang lain bertindak untuk pihak anda. Ibarat anda nak makan minta orang lain suapkan. Senang cerita, tidak ada sesiapapun yang akan ambik berat pada impian anda kecuali diri anda sendiri.

6# Keluarkan belanja
Bagi mencapai impian, anda sendiri yang keluarkan belanja. Bukan orang lain. Jika idea anda itu bijak, jangan fikir ia akan dibayar oleh orang lain. Contohnya anda mempunyai idea bisnes yang hebat. Anda perlu keluarkan belanja untuk menjadikan produk itu reality.

7# Lakukan satu perkara terlebih dahulu
Buat semua perkara dengan satu komitmen. Lakukan pada satu projek dahulu. Tak kira kalau anda gagal ataupun berjaya, lakukan satu perkara terlebih dahulu.
Jika anda lakukan banyak perkara, anda memerlukan tenaga yang lebih bagi merealisasikan impian anda. Cari keutamaan dahulu. Rancang kerja dan kerjakan rancangan anda.

Exchange Server 2007 Transport: 452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources - Turn Off

In reference to previous post titled "Exchange Server 2007 Transport: 452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources", the Back Pressure feature, that detects resource pressure on Exchange Server 2007 transport servers and stops accepting new message submission if low on resources, can be turned off.



Here's how to do it:

1. Open the EdgeTransport.exe.config file from \Exchange Server\bin directory using notepad

2. Add the following key+value pair:

add key="EnableResourceMonitoring" value="false"

3. Save file

4. Restart Microsoft Exchange Transport Service (MSExchangeTransport)

Exchange Server 2007 Transport: 452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources

The Application Event Log has Event ID 15002 from MSExchangeTransport saying "The resource pressure is constant at High. Statistics... ". The event goes on to tell you that inbound mail submission has stopped, and it's due to disk space being low on the volume where the queue database is located.

Exchange Server 2007 transport queues are not the familiar .eml files you see in Exchange Server 2003/2000, which reside in the \mailroot\vsi <1>\queue folder (<1> is the instance number of the SMTP virtual server) on the file system. Queues have been moved to a JET database.

What's Back Pressure?
In Exchange Server 2007, the Transport service monitors system resources such as disk space and memory on Transport servers (the Hub Transport and the Edge Transport servers), and stops message submission if it is running low on these resources. It continues to deliver existing messages in the queue. When resource utilization returns to normal, it resumes message submission. The feature is called Back Pressure.

In this case, Exchange required 4 Gigs of free disk space on the volume where the Queue database was located - I had about 3.95 Gigs. :)


Changes to Back Pressure settings in Exchange Server 2007 SP1

The Back Pressure settings in Exchange Server 2007 RTM stop inbound mailflow if free disk space is below 4 Gigs. This static threshold has been lowered in SP1 to a more realistic 500 Mb.


The Resolution
Many configuration options for transport servers are saved in an XML file named EdgeTransport.exe.config (same file name on both Edge and Hub Transport servers) located in \Exchange Server\Bin\. You can edit the file to disable Back Pressure, or modify the parameters to more accurately define what's high utilization for your deployment or server configurations, as explained in the above docs.

Another resolution, and the one I used in this case, was to move the Queue database to another volume with ample of free space, using the following procedure:

1. Add the following key in the section in EdgeTransport.exe.config:
   This is documented in "How to Change the Location of the Queue Database"
2. Restart the MSExchangeTransport service, and message submission resumes.

Non jailbreak apps:

Wifi, Files lite or Air sharing:  These apps allows you to share your iphone like a usb drive via wifi. So load up some of your key docs and keep them on hand ready to share at any time.  Looking for work? Put your CV on there.  The user simply types in a URL on their web browser and downloads the file. I like Wifi most because it allows the visitor to download images from my device as well. Now what will happen when more then 1 person has this running at the same time? I’m going to guess the port numbers will change. This will be interesting.

Handshake, SnapDat, beamME: One of the most annoying things about the iphone is the inability to easily exchange contact info. I loved how on the palm/treo you simply press and hold the address button and your contact  is beamed across. Perfect!   I’ve used SnapDat and beamME and its kludgy, it works, but kludgy. So, load all 3, you never know who has what. You can dump them later.

Fring: This is a great app.  If you need to watch your minutes, fring is a great VoIP. Something to keep on hand.

Doodles: This may surprise a few people, but you never know when you want to sketch up a diagram really quick. You can save your sketch as a picture, and then share that sketch Wifi.

Urbanspoon, Yelp:  Not from around these parts?  Needs a place to get your grub on? Either of these apps will help you find something to fill your grill.

Stitcher radio: Since you will be in various meetings, you may not have the time to read the various blogs you would normally check out throughout the day. Stitcher has many blogs, like slashdot and techcrunch as well as podcasts like digital planet and cybershake.

iEasyCamera:  I’ve been to enough shows to see people struggle trying to take a pic with the iPhone at an odd angle, typically of themselves with friends. With this app, you can press anywhere on the screen to take your shot.

vlingo: I like this better then google’s voice search. Since you can select map vs. web vs. address book, I found that my results are much better.

Now lets look at jailbroken apps:

SBSetting: This is my MUST have jailbreak app. Esp. given the likely dodgy nature of wifi and 3G that always seem to occur at these events, the ability to turn wifi, 3g on and off quickly is a must. 

Cycoder, Qik: Sure the iphone camera is not that great, and as such the videos are not that great, but they are good enough to capture the moment. With Qik, you can do a live broadcast. 

PdaNet: So the wifi at that cafe is not working eh?  and you already set up and bought your coffee? Never fear, you have PdaNet.  Tether your laptop to your iphone.

Windows® XP, 2000, or Vista®

1. Open the Start menu.
2. Go to Run.
   • If you do not see the Run command in Vista, search for "run" in the Search bar.
3. In the Run text box, type: ipconfig /flushdns
4. Press Enter or Return, and your cache will be flushed.

MacOS®

1. Go to Applications.
2. Go to Utilities.
3. Open the Terminal application.
4. Type: dscacheutil -flushcache
5. Press Enter or Return, and your cache will be flushed.
